CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY: Appointment time slots are limited and valuable to our clients in urgent need of treatment. A 50% fee charge of the appointment value will apply to clients who cancel or reschedule within 24hrs of the appointment start time. Clients who cancel within 3hrs of the appointment time or do not attend their scheduled appointment (NO SHOWS) will incur the FULL amount (100% of the appointment value).
